“It scared me when I did!” admits The Post’s Asia Grace when she tried “brain massaging.” The trend is making sound lovers on social media go crazy. Also called “brain flossing,” it's where you listen to 8D audio on over-the-ear headphones. The goal is to release stress and anxiety, although some say it’s brought them to tears.
Our host gave it a try — to scary results. “It almost feels like the music is inside your body,” she says. “Am I hearing some crazy evil spirit that the music is low-key telling me in subliminal notes?” Ultimately, she gave the practice two thumbs-up.
